The apartment is on one floor and without steps so it is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility and small children. Kitchen equipped with: conventional oven, induction hob with pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, combi refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules, teas, infusions, sweeteners, complimentary chocolate and/or cookies), kettle, and pack of dressing (oil, salt, vinegar and vinegar of modena). Balcony overlooking a quiet square, with a small table and two chairs to spend some time outdoors surrounded by seasonal flowers.
