Fabulous 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with huge outdoor terrace and great sea views. Located 5 minutes walk to centre of La Cala and 500 metres to the beach. Fully Air conditioned with units in every room - for cooling in summer and heating in winter. Private parking space in basement garage. Free super-fast WIFI. Next door to Supermarket and Restaurants but still in a peaceful complex. Quality drinking water via a 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter - so no need to buy bottled water. Large Flat Screen TV with hundreds of UK and Euro TV channels. All BBC and ITV terrestrial channels plus Amazon Prime and Netflix and more. Also set up for you to plug in your own TV box if needed. Includes Safe Deposit Box. Master bedroom is en-suite, and the bath has spa jets. The apartment has a new mattress in master bedroom and luxurious memory foam toppers in other bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the sea views. Beach chairs and beach towels supplied for guests. The complex has a large swimming pool and a plunge pool. Guests can also relax among the palm trees in the private communal garden. The property is non-smoking and 500 metres from Playa de La Cala - La Butibamba. The sea views from the apartment and the 500m walk to the beach are among our favourite things about the location. We have also added a number of nice touches to the apartment like a 5 stage reverse osmosis tap water filter and very comfortable mattresses to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
