Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 7) in a quiet location on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with the benefit of a beautiful heated swimming pool. The property is located on la Torre golf resort, the resort has a variety of leisure facilities, restaurants, bars, bank, supermarket, shop, 16 communal swimming pools and tennis courts. La Torre Golf Resort is around a 15 minute drive to the local beaches (both Mediterranean and Mar Menor / little sea) and 15 minutes from Murcia International airport. The local towns of Roldan and Balsicas have bus services and a train station which has a direct line to Madrid, Murcia and Cartagena. Murcia benefits from over 320 days of sunshine a year and has a special micro climate that gets warm summers and mild winters, making it the perfect destination year round. The Murcian culture is both diverse and interesting. With all surrounding towns to La Torre Golf Resort still enjoying regular traditional fiestas and events and with practically every activity/sport you can think of is enjoyed here by many year round.
