Beautiful large apartment (120 m2) uniquely located in the pedestrian old quarter (casco antiguo) of Calella offering 3 quiet, large double bedrooms (of which one with ensuite bathroom & dressing + one shared bathroom) with brand new, high-quality mattress and bed supplies. Fully equipped modern open kitchen / dining room with everything you may need (cooktop, large oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, all brand-new!), a huge lounge sitting room with fully open terrace (25 + 12 m2) with ceiling-high folding doors, decorated with high-quality furniture (incl. 2 three-seater sofas, 2 sofa chairs and 4 Acapulco chairs), creating an unique oversized space and allowing lots of natural sunlight. The folding doors create the perfect indoor-outdoor setting according to your mood. The terrace opens to a lively semi-pedestrian street. Perfect for family or friends and children, it comfortably lodges up to 6 guests. Fully renovated in 2022 and fully furnished with nice, modern features and tasty local chic decor and design to feel at home. Incl. WIFI, smart TVs, central aircon/heating, electric blinds, keyless access, washer and drier machines.
Hey! My name is Ricky and I'm a third-generation Calellenc proud of my hometown and the quality life-style, cultural and leisures experiences Calella has to offer. The apartment building is named to my family (Martinez) and is widely recognizable at historic Jovara Street by its red Modernist-style wooden entrance door. Having travelled all around the world for work and holidays for many years and having lodged in several different places I clearly understand the importance of ensuring a smooth and unique accommodation experience. The apartment recent fully-renovation has been executed in mind with what I thought I'd love to see and get as a guest experience when travelling abroad. The apartment is found in the same building where I live, therefore I'm easily available for anything you may need. Being a local, I'm familiar with plenty amazing, authentic restaurants, cafes and shop owners (of whom many are longtime friends) I can gladly recommend. I speak Spanish, English and French. Best alternative to unpersonal, small hotel rooms, this exceptional apartment offers an authentic local experience, you will enjoy your stay as locals and surrounded by historical village buildings and the numerous amenities right at center of Calella! The apartment has immediate access to traditional restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, only 150m away (literally 2 min walk) from Calella’s main beach. Being located a few streets away from the town clock, you can hear the church bell ringing now and then in the distance, one of the things that makes Can Martinez feel like a proper village place.
