Can Negrell is a beautiful villa in the middle of the forest with large private swimming pool Can Negrell is located in a unique place where you can rest completely. Can Negrell is a beautiful country house (620m2), located in the middle of the woods on 25 hectares of private land, with a closed garden of 12,000m3. It has its own swimming pool and is self-sufficient of water and energy. You can park your car safely on site. I fell in love with the place in 1999, and it took 15 years before Can Negrell became my responsibility. Still, I experience the feeling of rest, connected to nature and connected to myself every day. Nature is different every day, the beautiful botanical garden is a gem and the view is phenomenal. Very private. Own energy and water, large swimming pool (no chlorine) Beautiful large garden (1200 m2) in the middle of a nature reserve full of hiking and cycling trails and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. Barcelona is a 45-minute drive from Vidreres.
I fell in love with the place in 1999, and it took 15 years before Can Negrell became my responsibility. Immediately around Can Negrell is a forest of 250 hectares with only 4 houses, the land what is part of the Can Negrell estate is 25 hectares, there is a small river and a lake on the ground, the neighbours are an hour walk. All around, you can feel and experience nature, the first building you see from Can Negell is Castell de Sant Iscle, behind you see Vidreres and some other Catalan villages and a famous Catalan mountain called Mont Seny, in the winter you can see the snow on the Pyrenees 84 km away. The sandy beaches of Lloret and Tossa de Mar are just a 15-20 minute drive away. PGA Golf Catalunya is 15 minutes. It consists of 3 spacious apartments which can be rented separately or jointly.
