Se sitúa a 1,7 km del Paseo y la Playa de La Concha y 1,3 de Zurriola. El apartamento es exterior con balcón. Este apartamento, completamente renovado, ofrece WiFi gratuita y cuenta con 2 dormitorios, TV de pantalla plana, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, hervidor, cafetera de capsulas, lavadora y baño con ducha. El alojamiento tiene todo tipo de servicios cerca, parada de autobús, farmacias, supermercados, cafeterías, salas y bares con música y teatro en vivo para cuando las noches vuelvan a ser vibrantes y hasta un parque con estanques y pavos reales en el que poder pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
