Welcome to your home by the sea, strategically located for exploring the wonders of Menorca. Our semi-detached villa is the gateway to the island's natural beauty and just a few minutes' walk from Cala Galdana beach. It has a private pool and a parking space on the property. The house is gradually being modernized, with improvements made every year, and has two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen with a large dining area, a living room, and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and a private balcony. Another bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, another has two 90 cm single beds, and the last bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, plus an additional folding bed for families of nine. All bedrooms and two bathrooms open onto the outside. The house couldn't be better located... just a few minutes' walk takes you to the beach of Cala Galdana. Then, in about 15-20 minutes, you'll reach Cala Mitjana, and if you're still eager to explore and discover more unspoiled beaches... a further 20-minute walk will take you to the spectacular Trebaluger beach. Also from Cala Galdana, you can walk to Macarella and Macarelleta, about a 30-minute walk. Cala Galdana is a residential area with many services, a pharmacy, a variety of restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, etc. THE ECO-TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. There is no 24-hour reception; there is an office in Ferreries with specific opening hours. Any paperwork or payment you don't want to make before arrival must be made at the office, and then you will be given the code for the key box. Opening hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In the afternoons, please make an appointment in advance, until 8 p.m. at the latest.
