## The space Beautiful new build apartment, in Casa Banderas with private parking . Located on the 1st floor with panoramic views of the see and the mountains. The interior is modern in design. Spacious living room comes with complete modern kitchen with all appliances. The complex has 3 pools an indoor and outdoor gym, paddle court and a child’s play area. Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and a large waterfall it truly makes a tranquil setting for your holiday.The main outdoor communal area is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet closet. Bedroom 2 and 3 are twin rooms there is a second bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. There is a parking space for one car. ## Guest access You can enjoy the entire apartment. Its 3 bedrooms, its two bathrooms and its terrace. Private parking space. Access to gardens, gym and swimming pools. ## Guest interaction You will be greeted personally on your arrival so that you can take possession of the keys and the apartment. An inventory will be made in your presence. Same when you leave. We will be at your disposal in case of any problem on site.
