Beautiful new build apartment, in Casa Banderas with private parking . Located on the 1st floor with panoramic views of the see and the mountains. The interior is modern in design. Spacious living room comes with complete modern kitchen with all appliances. The complex has 3 pools an indoor and outdoor gym, paddle court and a child’s play area. Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and a large waterfall it truly makes a tranquil setting for your holiday.The main outdoor communal area is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet closet. Bedroom 2 and 3 are twin rooms there is a second bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. There is a parking space for one car.
