Our villa is our home that we make available to our dear guests. It is located 11 minutes' drive from ALICANTE airport and 2.5 km to beautiful beaches. It is a house that has everything to spend time comfortably. There is a 700 square meter garden and 5 illuminated palm trees, there is an illuminated swimming pool, there is an XXL illuminated Jacuzzi with Bluetooth speakers. There is very fast WiFi internet - optical fiber Each room has air conditioning and a TV, there is a guest room where you can relax, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. There is a terrace where you can eat meals and a modern kitchen with everything to cook any meal. There are beach beds and an awning in the garden. There is a swimming pool with a swimming training device (it produces water current). You can use a gas grill or a fireplace grill. There is a parking lot for your car inside and another parking lot along the street. When going to the beach, you can take beach beds and umbrellas (you won't have to pay for renting beds on the beach) The center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants, a children's playground, a disco and a restaurant with live music, a gym, car, bicycle and motorbike rental.
