The villa was built in 2008 and is 170m2 with 105m2 terrace situated on 1200m2 plot. There is plenty of room for the large family both indoors and outdoors. The whole house is very complete with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from both the living room and several bedrooms and minimalist and practical furnished. The central area of the house is the open kitchen / family room. Kitchen fully equipped. The living room is spacious and provides comfortable sofa environment, large flat screen TV with satellite access, nice dining table with 10 seats. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom has direct access to the garden. There are 3 bathrooms. 2 are en-suite with separate bedroom, and the third bathroom is shared between bedrooms 3 and 4. There are 8 regular sleeps spread over the 4 bedrooms. In addition, there are 2 folding beds for children so the house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people (8 adults + 2 children)
