Access to the apartment is via the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards. We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a phone number available from 20h to resolve any mishap that occurs in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations. 💶 The management company may request a security deposit, always with prior notice. ✔️ It will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

This lovely accommodation in the famous La Viña neighborhood features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has an elevator. The rooftop offers a private area within a shared space, accessible by elevator and then stairs to the top floor. The apartment includes WiFi, as well as bed linen and towels. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Paddleboards are available to rent during your stay, subject to availability (a security deposit will be required). The reservation includes one free parking space: ⚠️ Small parking space with limited capacity. Please note that this parking spot is only suitable for compact and mid-size vehicles due to its reduced dimensions. It is not recommended for large cars or SUVs. For larger vehicles, we suggest looking for alternative parking nearby. (Parking dimensions: 2 meters high, 2.22 meters wide, and 4.40 meters long). 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the famous Barrio de La Viña, surrounded by the main tourist attractions, with the beach of La Caleta and the Cathedral of Cadiz just a few metres away, it has a great connection with the urban public transport. The nearest public car park is PARKING CAMPO DEL SUR.
