Beautiful 1970 s house overlooking Cadaqués. The master bedroom: combines luxury and functionality, offering an exceptional private space to relax and recharge. The window offers a stunning view of the peaceful garden and mountains creating a cosy atmosphere. In addition to the large double bed, this room includes an intimate lounge area with comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing moments at the end of the day. Guest room: Cosy and elegantly furnished, the guest room is ready to welcome your loved ones in the greatest comfort. Equipped with a comfortable double bed and careful decoration, it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main room: an open-plan kitchen opening onto the fluid and welcoming living room. The living room benefits from natural light and stunning panoramic views thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The furniture layout, designed for comfort and style, creates different spaces for relaxation and socialising, from the cosy sofa in front of an elegant fireplace to the multimedia area for family movie nights. The décor, subtly inspired by the Mediterranean environment, incorporates natural materials, soft tones and touches of colour reminiscent of the blue of the sea, the white of Cadaqués and the green of the surrounding landscapes.

Stunning sea and mountain views, absolute tranquility. Access to the property via a small mountain road (stone mountain road 800 m). An all-terrain or 4x4 is highly recommended for access. Swimming pool (5/6m) heated from June to October, terrace. 15 minutes by car from Cadaqués, Roses and Port de la Selva. Non-drinkable water. The heated swimming pool (5x6m) from June to September. The estate, located in the Creus Natural Park, has non-drinkable water that should be consumed in moderation, especially in periods of heat wave. Located 15 minutes from Cadaqués, Roses and Port de la Selva.
