History meets luxury in the heart of Asturias. This is a new listing for 2024 so please see my other listings for review history. Newly restored and set amidst picturesque landscapes, this village retreat offers a rustic escape steeped in charm. Dating back centuries, the lovingly renovated farmhouse seamlessly blends original features with modern comforts. The house is perfect for couples, including those with children, and is ideally situated to explore the areas many attractions.
I'm German and have lived in England for 5 years. A few years ago my partner and I decided to follow our hearts and move to this amazing part of Spain and we really love it here. We spend a lot of our free time exploring this beautiful part of the world so if you need any tips for your own adventures we are more than happy to help. We live in the house opposite and available should you need anything.
The house is located in a quiet mountain village of 25 inhabitants.
