Specialized in the comprehensive management of holiday properties in the province. ----- ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES ------ - It is forbidden to move the furniture of the house. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. In case smoke is detected inside the house, there is an extra charge of 1000 EUR. - Pets are allowed (you must notify it). The only pets that are allowed are dogs and cats. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation. In addition, it is forbidden for the pet to climb on the sofa, beds and chairs, in order to avoid possible allergies to future guests. - It is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on while no one is at home or if the windows are open. We must protect the environment! - All the lights of the house must be switched off when no one is at the property. - All windows and exterior doors of the property must be left closed on the day of your departure. - It is not allowed under any circumstances to light the fireplace. - The doors to the terraces of the rooms, the living room, the kitchen and the main door of the house must be left closed when there is no one at the property. - The loss of each set of keys carries a fine of 100 EUR. - On Check-Out, you must leave the keys in the same place where you found them. - Do not touch, disconnect or manipulate electronic devices. - Furthermore, the rules of the residential area must be complied with.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in Hoyo 14's Community, in Nuevo Portil. It is a closed, private urbanization, and very well preserved, since, throughout the year, it has a maintenance personnel and a gardener. The urbanization has a security key system to access both the interior and the parking lot or the paddle tennis courts. It has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults. The pool is open in Summer and there is always a lifeguard. There are also 3 glass paddle tennis courts for the exclusive use and enjoyment of owners and tenants. In addition, Hoyo 14 has many green areas both for walking and for children to have fun. Hoyo 14's Urbanization is located within the Nuevo Portil Golf Course, an area with very low housing density, very well maintained, near the sea, and, in general, a very quiet area and ideal for families. In the area, there are many activities to entertain yourself. It is an ideal area to practice family activities. There is a Nautical Club in the surroundings where you can rent a boat and take sailing lessons. There are also several golf courses within 10 minutes.
