Beautiful holiday home with spectacular views on the olive gardens and mountains. Two bedrooms, airco, heating, wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a fully equiped kitchen. A big lot with a covered terrace and a private pool. Seperate terrace with BBQ in the backyard. Three brandnew bikes, which can be used for free. Quiet location with a lot of privacy. Restaurant and bar with many foreign and Spanish visitors within a few minutes walk. Supermarket Spar four minutes walk. Beach and attractive towns like Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron with its nice promenade along the sea and very many restaurants and pubs within a 10 minutes drive. This bungalow was formerly known as Casa Sanity.

We are the Oostindie family from the Netherlands, proud owner of Casa el Olivo. Feel welcome in our holiday home. We bought it in june 2018 and love it ourselves. This part of Spain is still quite authentic and not overrun by foreign tourists. The Costa Calida is known as the warmest climate regarding all year and also the healthiest according to WHO. We also love the atmosphere, the great sandy beaches and the great and very reasonably priced food, served by all sorts of restaurants. Relax at your own swimming pool and find out how many foreign residents have chosen for a permanent stay at the Mazarron Country Club.

There are many golfcourses nearby the Mazarron Country Club, which is about an hours drive from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from the brandnew Corvera/Murcia airport, serviced by Ryanair and Easyjet. More than 35 beautiful, sandy beaches available nearby the attractive Puerto de Mazzarron, with its promenade and marina's. Towns like Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, Aguilas are worthwile visiting. The Sierra Espuna mountains and its lake attracts many tourists. As you have two bikes at your proposal, you can use the new Via Verde trail (on the track of the old railway used by the mine-company) to hike or bike as far as Mazarron, Totana and Cartagena.
