**Adults ONLY: ** Casa El Patio is an exceptional house with a modern touch of decoration while respecting the original details of the rustic house. It is formed by 2 apartments, each private for the guest who has reserved but you also have spacious areas for shared use with a well-furnished glass roof patio, gym as shown in the photos, well equipped barbecue area, private parking behind the property, a laundry area and the best of all a salt water pool with impressive views of the interior fields of the island. Both apartments have a well-equipped kitchen including an oven, open dining-living room space, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a double bed. WELCOME: Bed linen, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided for your stay. You will find on arrival our courtesy amennity kit which consists of shower gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers along with our welcome pack located in the kitchen which consists of some basics: water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar and a bit more. The Check-In time is from 3:00 PM and the Check-Out time of the house is by 11.00 AM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, contact us to check availability and possible fee's. CAR RENTAL: We highly recommend you rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as its the best way to sightsee the island freely in your own schedule. We collaborate with several local reliable companies on the island, we can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no prepayment, fully comp insurance, no fuel charges, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included without costs. If you would like to arrange a car booking, all we would need is your flight details arrival and departure.

Located in the heart of Teseguite which is located a short distance from the center of Villa de Teguise, the best historical-artistic architectural complex in the Canary Islands and a few minutes from the north of the island where you will see that the trails have no end.
