The house La Xicoteta is located in l'Ampolla, a few metres walk from the Parc Natural del Delta de l'Ebre and the platja de l'Arenal. Ideal cottage for a family with 1 or 2 children. Pets are welcome!! Nature, beach and tranquility next to the village. HUTTE-072139
The host lives next to the house, so you can be in touch with them for any questions or help they may need. Likewise, in case of absence, the host's personal phone number will always be provided for any need.
This is a very quiet residential area with a family atmosphere. Just a few metres away on foot is the Passeig de l'Arenal, which takes you to the Platja de l'Arenal and this to the Bassa de les Olles, or by taking a nice walk along the coast, to the town of l'Ampolla itself. Nearby is the Camping de l'Ampolla, where we find a bar, restaurant and supermarket. The residential area is accessible both on foot and by car. There are many routes to do on foot or by bicycle to enjoy the Parc Natural del Delta de l'Ebre. Parking available at the door of the house.
