The property consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace suitable for dining. Downstairs bedroom with a bathroom is accessible with separate entry from the garden offering more privacy for the guests. Downstairs bedroom's inside height is 2.10m. Living room and the other bedroom with bathroom is located upstairs with entrance from upstairs terrace. The property has a small private garden and two terraces , all with marvelous sea view offering great opportunity for grill/BBQ, dining or taking a sunbath. Considering the two very separated bedrooms with private area, the property is recommended for families with older kids, smaller group of friends or couples. Guests can enjoy a community pool with stunning sea view.

The property is located in Pueblo de la Luz residential area of Cumbre del Sol (Peak of Sun) in a very tranquil area with a breath-taking sea view. It is perfectly suitable for a calm rest, relaxation and recreation.  There is a community area in the neighbourhood area (cca.500 m) with a superb restaurant, supermarket and pharmacy. Centre of closest town at the seaside is 8 km far. Closest beach surrounded with rock walls and with an eye-catching view to the sea is located 2 kms away, 5 minutes drive by car. It has free parking area, toilets and a beach bar.
