Spacious townhouse in a charming and private urbanization, approximately 3 km from Almuñécar and one of its most iconic beaches, Tesorillo. A picturesque promenade lined with palm trees leads to Velilla Beach. To fully enjoy your stay, we recommend having a car. Perched in an elevated area, the property offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, just a short drive from the beach. It is distributed in semi-floors (with stairs). It consists of 3 bedrooms (4 single beds + 1 double bed + 1 crib), 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub and 1 toilet.
