The GALL 4 House will surprise you with its fusion of contemporary and traditional design. It is a recently restored 3-storey building next to the nice Plaza del Gall that has 2 accommodations, without neighbors, on a quiet pedestrian street, it is ideal for relaxing alone, as a couple or as a family in total safety. GALL4_ESTUDIO is a 40 m2 ground floor studio with a double bedroom, a toilet and a living room with an integrated kitchen. If you come with your family, it has a mezanine that will delight the little ones in the house as a games room and bedroom. GALL4_DUPLEX (Opening SEPTEMBER 2024!) is a 75 m2 first floor duplex that is accessed by stairs from the street. It has a hall on the first floor, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a secondary bathroom. The second floor is accessed by an internal staircase, with a living-dining room-kitchen open to a large terrace-solarium perfect for relaxing.
The host is an architect and a father of large family who loves to travel to discover new cities, landscapes, its people and its customs. That is why they enjoy a lot showing the secrets of their wonderful land to all who visit them.
With its privileged location in the Raval, a typical neighborhood located in the city center of Elche, The Casa Gall4 becomes the perfect accommodation for those who like to enjoy the authentic.
