On the main floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, a guest toilet, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, plus a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The upper floor features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a solarium terrace with sun loungers and a chill-out area. Recently renovated, the property offers all the appliances and essentials for a comfortable stay: high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, iron, hairdryer, hot water, toaster, both Dolce Gusto capsule and Italian coffee makers, bed linens, towels, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. Located in one of Almuñécar’s most prestigious residential areas, this home offers a peaceful setting just a 10-minute walk from the town center. 📍 Only 90 km from both Málaga and Granada airports, and 120 km from Sierra Nevada. The residential complex is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and colorful flowers. It also features security cameras and a gated entrance for added safety and peace of mind. In addition to the large seasonal pool (open June 15 to September 15), there is also a small football pitch for the little ones to enjoy. 🔌 For long stays of more than 3 weeks, electricity will be charged separately to encourage responsible use of air conditioning and heaters.
