The house is composed by two bedrooms, each one with its bathroom, a totally equipped kitchen, living room, terrace and a large garden of 200 m², with a sintetic grass with Jacuzzi, corridor in natural stone and solarium area with pool, hammock and barbecue. All thw rooms have glass-doors facing to the garden, giving the feeling of free air to enjoy the wonderful weather of the south Lanzarote.

Casa Maurizio is situated in the quiet residencial complex "Las Buganvillas", 1.5 kilometres far from the sea and the town center. The Villa have a sintetic grass with jacuzzi and a solarium with heated pool. It is 300 square metres in all.

The guests will have Wi-Fi acces and a free parking space. The complex also has a common area with tennis and paddle courts.
