Perfect place to stay and visit the beautiful town called Sarria, usually considered as the minimum starting point to complete The Way of Saint James, a route included in the UNESCO list as of 'outstanding universal value'. Take a walk from this comfortable apartment and you can easily reach a medieval stone bridge (Áspera bridge), a monastery from the XIII century, the remaining tower of a castle from the XV century... and when you are feeling thirsty you can just reach the area called 'el malecón', seat by the river and enjoy the famous Spanish tapas. Around 20 minutes by car you can visit Samos and it's ancient monastery founded in the VI century (San Julián de Samos).
