Townhouse in Torrevieja with sea views and only 50 meters from La Mata beach. The house consists of two floors: the ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped and independent kitchen, and a full bathroom. The upper floor is divided into a full bathroom and three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each (two folding beds are also available). To enjoy the outdoors, the house has two terraces (front and rear), a pleasant porch, and a balcony with sea views. Perfect for a family vacation or with friends. The property is located 47 km from Alicante train station and 41 km from Alicante - Elche Miguel Hernández airport.
It's a peaceful place where parking is not difficult, located very close to La Mata beach where you will find several beach bars and restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. La Mata beach is the largest beach in the town of Torrevieja, offering all the amenities. Additionally, it has an area of vegetation and dunes where some species that were on the brink of disappearing from the area have been successfully recovered. It's a great beach you shouldn't miss!
