160 years old typical rural house, rehabilitated, preserving the stone walls and interior wooden structure. It is fully equipped, with a full kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace. It also has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a washing machine for long stays

Neighbourhood information

Rascafría is a small town (1500 inhabitants) but touristy due to its great attractions and its mountain landscapes. Rascafría is the heart of Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, all its natural territory is protected. Rascafría is best known for El Paular Monastery (16th century), Peñalara´s peak (the highest in the Community of Madrid), the Valdesquí ski station and the "Las Presillas" natural swimming pools.
