La Molina, built in 1912, renovated respecting its traditions and preserving its history, recognised by the Cabildo of Lanzarote as a HISTORICAL HERITAGE, is situated on the slopes of the volcano of La Corona, in the valley of Maguez, a rural village in the north of the island. Excellent starting point to visit the most important tourist sites of the island, only 6 km from the nearest beaches. The main house with two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, double living room, another bathroom and large kitchen and private garden. On the first floor the Gofio flat with a bedroom and living room with sofa bed, a large bathroom and a characteristic kitchen on the terrace. Millo & Trigo both at the rear of the courtyard, consisting of kitchenette, bathroom and lounge with double bed and private garden. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but must not be left alone in the accommodation. Towels are changed every three days if not already provided upon arrival, and bed linens are changed every seven days. Complimentary welcome products are provided for the first two nights. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Hot water is managed with energy-saving practices—please use responsibly. This property features a convenient self check-in system. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Coal and firewood are not provided. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, pets.
