We are so fortunate to live surrounded by nature and so many great places to visit The house sits at the far end of Villanueva de Algaidas with stunning views over open countryside and olive groves Virtually mid way between Malaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada - so much history and beautiful sights We have 3 bedrooms on the first floor for guests and we live downstairs We are on hand for any questions or help you may need to maximise your stay with us There are a selection of rooms to best suit you or perhaps a group of friends or family A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin and double bedroom both with separate private bathrooms The dining room is available for watching TV or playing cards or a board game (we have a few) Tea and coffee making facilities available in your room and you can pop wine/beer in the fridge The enclosed patio of the house is perfect for relaxing at the end of a day exploring or just chilling under the moon and stars Complimentary wifi is available Tourist License Number - CCAA VFT/MA/60408 - Fully compliant with the NEW short term registration from 1 July 2025 where each bedroom has its own unique number.

Your hosts are Karen, Paul our gentle dog Toby and our recent family member is Tinka our kitty. We purchased the house in March 2022 and with a lot of help from wonderful local builders and many trades we have the dream we envisaged. The house is situated in such a peaceful area with clear views over the countryside with Antequera in the distance. There are a number of walkable bars and restaurants nearby that we are happy to help you with if needed. Being in the middle of Malaga, Cordoba and Granada we are ideally placed for exploring the rich history of the area. The famous son of the village is the sculptor Miguel Berrocal. There is the foundation and a famous sculpture in the centre of the village. Nearby in Archidona is stunning architecture and history especially the Plaza Ochavada, built around 1786. Fuente de Piedra in the spring has a stunning lake area home to the most beautiful flamingos. Antequera is our nearest large town and has the Torcal nature reserve, the most beautiful Alcazaba, the Dolmen caves and a little further afield is the amazing Caminito Del Rey.
