A lovely corner apartment in the heart of Jerez's traditional Casco Histórico. This comfortable space has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including use of a swimming pool with a beautiful view, air conditioning throughout and free parking. The apartment includes two good-size double bedrooms with plenty of space for your clothes. The main space includes a relaxing lounge area with large TV and lots of comfortable seating, a complete kitchen including a washing machine, a dining area with seating for four people, and a bathroom. The apartment benefits from the accessibility of the ground floor, but is on a corner so it also has lots of light. Lovely sheer curtains ensure your space is completely private and with hot/cold air conditioning you are always comfortable. Head up in the lift to relax on the shared roof terrace with beautiful swimming pool (open from the beginning of July until the end of September). The view is wonderful - you are right next to the tower of the Iglesia de San Juan de los Caballos, one of the oldest churches in Jerez, which dates back to the 14th Century. In the other direction, you have an unobstructed view over the rooftops to the magnificent Jerez Cathedral. There is a free parking space in the building's underground car park, which not only keeps your car secure but also nice and cool in summer.

The apartment is in a secure, well-kept block in Plaza San Lucas, a beautiful, quiet square in the atmospheric Casco Histórico. Just 6 minutes' walk from the apartment, you will find yourself in Plaza Plateros, perhaps the most charming and vibrant square in Jerez. It is filled with cafes and restaurants between its lovely jacaranda trees, with a 15th Century church at one end, complete with resident storks on the tower! You are now in the centre of town, surrounded by shops, the buzzing Mercado de Abastos, supermarkets, the main central square (Plaza Arenal), the old Moorish Alcazar, the impressive cathedral - and of course many, many cafes, tapas bars, late night bars and restaurants. If you walk for 4 minutes in the other direction from the apartment, you will arrive in Plaza del Mercado, an incredibly picturesque square with tall palm trees, a friendly local bar, a well-stocked mini-market and the beautiful Museo Arqueológico Municipal.
