The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The accommodation features a private open terrace for relaxing evenings. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There is an alarm system with photo detectors in the living room and in the staircase (the cameras are only activated in case of intrusion).
