Ground floor house with private heated pool. Quiet and intimate setting, ideal for families or romantic getaways. 15 minutes walking from the beach and his beautiful Ribera promenade, a luxury available to anyone, walk through this place transmits tranquility and peace. 10 minute walking you have the Dos Mares shopping center that has all kinds of services; food, restaurants and leisure. The host lives in the residential area for any request.
Free parking at the door. 15 minutes walking from the beach and his beautiful Ribera promenade. 10 minute walking from the house you have the ''Dos Mares Shopping mall'' with more than 70 stores, it has all kinds of services: Carrefour, Mc Donald's, Burger King, Lidl, KFC, Worten, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Sprinter and many more and with 8 cinemas all of them equipped with the best sound and the most current billboards. You also have 10 minutes by car ''La Zenia Boulevard'' which is the largest shopping center on the Costa Blanca.
