This spacious 90 m² house is located in Puerto de Sóller, a port city in the north of the sunny island of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. You have Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms including the living room and kitchen, satellite TV, and a washing machine. The house is child-friendly, and a cot and high chair can be provided upon request. You can enjoy spectacular mountain views and the furnished garden, sunbathe on the covered terrace, or cook in the private barbecue area. The outdoor area also features a shower. The house is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and public transport connections in Puerto de Sóller. It is only a 3 to 5-minute drive (1 to 1.5 km) from Platja des Traves and the beaches of Port de Sóller, along the picturesque promenade. The area offers excellent outdoor activities such as hiking at Cova des Migdia and Puig de Balitx, just 10 minutes (1.5 km) away by car, also accessible by public transport. Puerto de Sóller also has numerous cycling routes winding through the stunning mountain and coastal scenery. Palma de Mallorca airport is 37 minutes (35.7 km) away by car from the house.
