We are delighted to present our apartment of approximately 100 m², together with 300 m² of garden at the lower part of the house. With views of the Atlantic, the holiday apartment in Santa Cruz de Tenerife offers you impressive panoramas. The property features a chill-out lounge area equipped with a 50-inch TV, access to digital platforms and international channels, as well as high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people and two large, comfortable armchairs. You will also find a dining table with eight chairs, all located in the garden. Next to it is a kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker and necessary accessories, plus a barbecue, which must be requested and is available for an extra fee. If you require any other accessory that is not available, we are always willing to help. Additional services include high-speed Wi-Fi and a fan. Gym equipment and a cot are provided. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The apartment has a room at garden level with a small bathroom with shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is the second, larger room with a bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower. House rules: parties, noise or loud music after 22:00 are not allowed, no diving headfirst in the pool, no topless or nudism. Free street parking is available in a very quiet area with little traffic. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. This property has guidelines for proper waste separation and further information is provided on site. The accommodation features energy and water saving measures. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Airport shuttle.
