Are you looking for a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy your holidays with family or friends? We have the perfect house! This beautiful house is located in Sant Joan, in a rural environment surrounded by fields and forests, which will allow you to disconnect from the stress of the city and connect with nature. The house has a private pool and capacity for 6 guests. The exterior of the house is impressive. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days and measures 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. In addition, the pool is surrounded by an artificial grass area where you will find several sun loungers for sunbathing and there is a fixed barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. There is also an outside shower to cool off. The beautiful house is divided over 2 floors and has a traditional and practical style. The living room is spacious and has a fireplace that will provide a cosy atmosphere during the cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes, including a ceramic hob and oven. The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has a large wooden table for six. When it comes to sleeping there are a total of 4 bedrooms, of which two are on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have a double bed. On the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has a double bed and two singles, as well as direct access to a private terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in a beautiful country setting, surrounded by extensive fields on the outskirts of Sant Joan. The nearby town has all the necessary amenities for an independent stay. In addition, its central location allows easy and quick access to the many tourist attractions on the island. If you are looking to enjoy the beach, the impressive Playa de Muro, with its kilometres of golden sand and crystal clear waters, is only 31 km away.
