Casita Está Aquí is a colorful, single-story vacation home that is fully equipped with all the comforts. The interior is light and cheerful, designed to help you relax in a peaceful manner. The pool is not large, but this makes it easy to have it heated so you can enjoy it and relax all year round. The pool is located under a fly-free canopy.
Debbie and Koen are originally from Belgium, now enjoying the calm Spanish life. They love sharing this feeling with their guests, who they welcome with open arms.
Casita Está Aquí is located just outside the village of Úrcal, so you’ll stay in a peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxation. Within walking distance, you’ll find cozy bars, and in the nearby town of Huércal-Overa, you’ll find everything you could wish for. There’s a large weekly market, bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, hairdressers, clothing and shoe shops, doctors, and even a hospital. Many bars host local musicians or bands. In the area, you can take long walks or explore by bike/mountain bike. Birdwatching is also definitely worth it here. The coast is just a half-hour drive away.
