A cozy modern 2-bedroom apartment with spacious patio and garden in the heart of Playa Flamenca, 200 m to shops, pharmacy, restaurants and Mercadona supermarket, and 600 m to beautiful beaches. Green areas, friendly neighbourhood, spacious sunbathing areas, 2 swimming pools and barbecue facililities, Zenia Boulevard (800 m), Saturday farmers market and golf courses. The apartment is rented for 4 people with option to welcome one more guest. There is a temporary construction work in the neighbourhood going on during work hours.
