Property information

This stylish apartment is located at Placa Urquinaona, meaning you will be able to get to all the attractions on foot or on public transport. Fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it's perfect for a family who is looking to explore.**********Please note that not all apartments include a balcony or bathtub. Availability of these features depends on the specific unit and is clearly indicated in each room type description.********** For stays 1 month and over the following rules apply: The final cleaning fee charged upon reservation includes the final cleaning of the apartment, 2 sets of linen and 2 sets of towels, all provided at check-in. Besides that, we require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is 60EUR and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition. 1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is 150EUR, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have 450EUR to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period. 2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is 450EUR, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is 800EUR and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay. 3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Eixample Derecha (Eixample right) is, as the name might suggest, the eastern part of fashionable neighborhood Eixample. The neighborhood was one of the first ones to be built outside the medieval walls of Barcelona. This is best illustrated by the grid pattern in which the neighborhood is built in. This is a sharp contrast to the older part of Barcelona. A number of Barcelona’s landmarks and important areas are located in this area. For instance, the famous Placa de Catalunya and the important shopping street Passeig de Gracia is located in this neighborhood. Not to forget Casa Mila or La Pedrera which is one of Barcelona’s biggest tourist attractions.
