Centrally located quad type duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, driveway with large terrace, barbecue and communal pool. Enjoy the comfort of this quiet and central accommodation. This beautiful house enjoys an ideal location for beach and city lovers. Being only 1 km from the beach and only 700 m from the city centre, it offers the best of both worlds. The house also has a parking space, making it easy for those with a car to get in and out of the house. A supermarket with everything you need is 150 m away. For those who want to treat themselves or enjoy a delicious meal in a restaurant, the popular Habaneras shopping centre and several restaurants are only a few minutes away. Several golf courses can be reached in 20 minutes by car. With everything you need at your fingertips, this home is the perfect choice for your next trip to the coast.
