Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Property information

Cosy and charming rustic holiday home with a private pool, situated on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera. The property consists of two bedrooms, both of which have a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, independent kitchen equipped with everything that you may need during your stay, lounge-diner and porch. Outside there is a garden, private fenced pool and sun loungers. There is a barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Neighbourhood information

Excellent and private location which shares the entrance track with only one neighbour. It's located less than five minutes from the beaches and coves of Roche, and only seven minutes from Conil de la Frontera. This area is a great year round destination thanks to the mild climate, the busiest and lively season is from May to October, but you will never be short of things to do at any time of year.
