This delightful holiday home is perfect for four people or families with children and offers a spacious garden, ideal for relaxing and playing. Our house is just a 15-minute walk from Cala Santanyí beach and only 3 km from the picturesque town of Santanyí. Here you will find numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, as well as the popular weekly market held every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the charming fishing port of Cala Figuera with its lovely seafront. The area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Walking and cycling along nearby trails provide stunning views of the coast and the Mediterranean. For water sports enthusiasts, there are several options such as snorkelling, diving, and kayaking directly on Cala Santanyí beach. Chalet Turó features two cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom, a cosy living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terrace is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Behind the house, there is a barbecue area with another covered terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs. In front of the house, there is a large raised swimming pool (6.50 x 3.10 m) with a spacious terrace and comfortable sun loungers. New: Air Conditioning From 18 February 2025, the house is equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge for clients who book from this date. For bookings made before this date, the use of air conditioning will be available for an additional supplement.
