Hi, my name is Simone and I am your host. After travelling the world a fair bit and living in various places, I came to Lanzarote in 2005 and fell in love with this beautiful unique island! The first years I spent most of my time underwater diving and exploring the amazing underwater volcanic landscape with its vast marine life. Since then I more and more exchanged my fins with my walking boots and I am at least once a week out and about hiking! Some of my other hobbies include camping, reading, swimming and last year I have discovered motor bikes! On my travels I have seen my fair share of B&Bs, hotels and other holiday homes. As a host now myself, I am really excited to return the same great hospitality which I was so lucky to experience on my travels!

Charco del Palo apartments - Castillo de Papagayo is a small family owned exclusive nudist complex of 20 units, with a large pool and grassy sun bathing area (in both it is NOT allowed to wear swim cloths as it is exclusively nudist). It is orientated south south east and thus sheltered from the on Lanzarote prevailing trade wind. The complex is still kept in the Cesar Manrique style with its white walls and the dark brown wooden features which beautifully contrast with the large blue beach entry pool, the green grass and the blue sky. Whether you are looking for a quick break away from the main tourist centres, to escape from the winter in your home country, or simply to spend your well disserved holidays under the Canarian sun - my cosy apartments are ideal! The apartments on the first floor offer an amazing panoramic sea view from the living room, balcony and the main bedroom.

The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the apartments is enhanced by the quiet chilled surroundings. Charco del Palo is a nudist resort, and whilst it is optional to be nude, you can spend your complete holidays in the small village more or less without textiles. Charco del Palo is situated right next to the sea and there are close to the complex three little coves. Two natural swimming pools which are sheltered from the sea with the tide renewing the water usually twice a day - even on the stormiest days you will find a spot to swim and the sandy surroundings are ideal to enjoy sun bathing and there is even a beach volleyball field. The third cove, which is straight in front of the complex - only 170m away - is sheltered by a natural small pier but open sea and has two ladders to get comfortably in and out of the crystal clear water of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer to be on land, Charco del Palo is the ideal starting point for a beautiful walk along the spectacular coast to explore the natural pools, sand dunes and the hidden away places where no one usually will walk by.
