This charming 3 bedroom villa is located in charming town of Moraira. The villa is on the very peaceful residential urbanisation of Florida Park and has a wide range of amenities in the vicinity. Moraira town centre and the main sandy beach are approx 3/4 of a mile and an easy 10-15 minutes walk away. The villa is set in a small and private community, the majority of which are permanent residents. Located just a few steps from the beautiful communal swimming pool, showers and landscaped garden.
I am a retired IT consultant living in Spain with my wife Lisa and our two dogs, Roxy and Rita.
Moraira has a wealth of charm and beauty. The surrounding area has stunning scenery combined with sandy beaches, blue seas and rocky coves and over 325 days of sunshine a year. Moraira is within easy reach of theme parks such as Tierra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar. The town has a wide variety of quality shops, bars and restaurants plus the weekly Friday market where local produce is on sale. The Moors and Christian’s fiestas are held locally with spectacular costumes, parades and battles held in June/July with processions and fireworks displays. Moraira has sandy beaches with shallow waters ideal for children. Off road parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.
