    It was unclear initially which door to use as there were 2. The instructions on Booking.com said enter code and turn deadbolt to the left, is was actually RIGHT. We had call the owner to let us in.

We’re a small, international team based in Jávea. We manage Casa Tosca year-round; during winter, our on-site team handles daily operations and guest care. We are Peter and Suzanne, Yeimy and Sergio, Angela and Adrian, should you meet one of us around.

The house is in the center of the old town on a corner street. It is made of tosca stone, which gives it a special warm feeling. Constructed from exquisite tosca stone, this historic house was built around 200 years ago, and we have meticulously renovated it to meet modern standards while preserving its authentic character. We have four beautifully furnished apartments and one cozy room From the charming streets filled with restaurants and cafes to the beautiful beaches and historic landmarks, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away. So why wait? Book your stay at our beautiful vacation rental house today, and get ready to experience the warmth and charm of the old town like never before!

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea, 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs. My favorites around the village are Volta Volta, La Parilla del Cellar, Temblor and always, La Cajita. On the beach, breakfast at La Siesta, at the Port, I love the indian restaurant. Enjoy Javea!
