I am French Canadian, but my passion is travels. I own a house on the coast of Kenya and in Javea, Spain. I was a lawyer for many years in Canada until I moved to Ibiza where I lived, travelling around for 10 years. I am now settled in Javea, which I love and still go to Kenya where I manufacture leather beaded goods. I like houses that have a soul, a nice place to relax where the weather is great and the ocean not far.

Perfect location in a large beautifully restored historic Townhouse in a quiet centre of the medieval town . Javea is charmed with having a historic quarter with its narrow streets , wrought iron balconies , large wooden front doors and beautiful stone porticoes . The enchanting Tosca stone House has 3 air conditioned renovated apartments, designed to give the guests a sense of history and comfort . All the apartments are equipped with Fiber Optics Internet. The Studio Apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is tastefully renovated, furnished with attention to quality whilst keeping the ambience of staying in the medieval village. The apartment is approximately 60m2 (650 square feet) and fully equipped . The Terrace is shared with the other apartments.

The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea , 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs . Multiple festivals and parades are often the theme of the week in the old town. The wonderful colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions make Javea a fantastic holiday destination. My favorites around the village are La Cajita and Trastienda. Many people like Robotica. On the beach, it is always nice to have breakfast at La Siesta or a nice romantic dinner at Piri Piri.
