This recently-completed first floor apartment combines comfortable accommodation with two bathrooms and the added benefit of a spacious roof terrace for outdoor dining and residents-only pool complex. Facing east to capture the early morning sunshine you can enjoy a modern style of living either for a holiday break or an extended stay with bars, shops, restaurants and Blue Flag beaches all within easy reach. A gated entrance and stairway takes you to the front door and balcony which open to a walk-through lounge, dining and kitchen area leading to outdoor stairs to the private roof terrace. The apartment offers all the comforts: air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and up to 100 Mbs internet connection, SMART TV in lounge with UK and Spanish channels, underfloor heating in both 2 bathrooms, awnings on terraces, barbecues, parasols, outdoor dining and sun-loungers on roof terrace, as well as full home equipment.
The apartment is located in Torre de la Horadada, walking distance along the seafront promenade to the buzz of Torre de la Horadada’s “old square”, marina and the Plaza Nueva Comercial, 600 m walking distance to nearest beach, with choice of bars and restaurants nearby.
