Condado De Alhama, N549 apartment is a ground floor, 3 bedroom apartment with a garden area with dining table and chairs. There is a full size cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. We also have the 2 bedroom apartment above for rent (N5550), should a larger family or group need 5 bedrooms over 2 apartments.
We currently live in Devon in the UK, but have our keyholder on site (Paul)
Condado de Alhama is located 1 hour from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia aiirport. There are over 30 swimming pools on sit and our nearest one is a 30 second walk away from the apartments. The min square, where there are bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. The Jack Nicholas golf course on site is a 2 minute walk away and you can hire clubs and buggies on site,
