Bright, cosy and spacious holiday home, completely refurbished in December 2022, with large terrace in the heart of Las Palmas, very quiet and residential area. With vibrant colours in the bathroom and kitchen and Asian paintings and textile details in the bedroom and living room that make it a very special house. It has a large bedroom and private office for work as well as a large living room with dining room and TV area. Large and sunny terrace with hammock, shower and table and chairs to enjoy relaxing meals outside where you can make use of the awning if necessary. All this adds to the fantastic ambience of the house.

Neighbourhood information

Located just a few metres from the emblematic Hotel Santa Catalina Royal Hideawa and fantastic parks, including the Doramas Park and a dynamic leisure area in the Marina of Puerto Deportivo. A few minutes away from one of the best urban beaches in Spain, Las Canteras, or from the old town and commercial areas of the city: Triana, Vegueta or the Mesa y López shopping area. Due to its location, this accommodation is ideal for discovering all the treasures of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. If you like to discover cities by bike, this is the perfect location. Public transport connections are also excellent.
