With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, terrace and indoor courtyard, completely new and cosily furnished with quality furniture (including the best mattresses, leather relax-sofa, 55-inch smart TV), new electrical (including combi-microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer in one) this flat has everything to let you enjoy a fantastic holiday ! This complex has a beautiful swimming pool, children's pool and tennis court close to the beach, overlooking the sea. Feel free to use our tennis and badminton rackets during your stay. We personally welcome you with a bottle of cava, water and all sanitary supplies. Cleaning and washing of the soft towels, beach towels and sheets is included in the very advantageous rental prices ! Book our beach flat now and come and enjoy the beautiful region of Estepona-Manilva on the Costa del Sol !

Our "Beach flat" is located right on the beautiful, unspoilt sandy beach 'Aldea Beach', 100m from 2 authentic beach restaurants, a 4 min drive (or 3 km walk) to the beautiful Puerto De La Duquesa with a dozen restaurants, a 1.5km walk to Castillo with few recommended restaurants, a 10min drive from the Puerto Sotogrande with its Polo competitions and 15min from the cultural city of Estepona. Our urbanisation is easily accisible from the national road. Although our flat is close to this N-340, its noise is very limited as our flat faces the beach side.
