Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in good condition, with dishes washed, trash taken out, and as it was presented at check-in.

Please note that each reservation includes sheets for all beds based on the number of guests, as well as one shower towel per person, one hand towel for each sink, and one mat per shower. If you need more towels, please ask before or during your stay. Any makeup, fluid, blood, or other substance stains on sheets or towels will be penalized.

Please note that this is an apartment located in a residential building. Please maintain the quiet of the neighborhood, especially during rest hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).

Admitting, inviting, or granting access to more guests than indicated in the reservation is strictly prohibited.

Central heating is used in this community and is turned on during the winter season (approximately November to April).

Losing keys or leaving keys inside the accommodation will result in a €50 fee.
