Modern penthouse with great location in the second line from the beach in Cambrils with chill-out roof terrace with great mountain views to enjoy barbecue with all your family and friends. Distribution: living area of 105 m², living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, separated laundry room with washing machine and access to the roof-terrace by the stairs, 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, one en suite with bathtub and bidet in each bathroom. Air conditioning (in living room and in the corridor for the bedrooms), swimming pool and Wifi. Great location just 250 meters (3 minutes’ walk) from the beautiful sandy beach Els Esquirols with bicycle roads and direct flat access by the street from the building, only 20 minutes’ walk (1.5 km) to the center of Cambrils with all the touristic facilities, port, famous fish restaurants and shops, 10 minutes’ drive to Port Aventura and Ferrari Land in Salou. Very nice and quiet residential area of very familiar atmosphere, in an beautiful environment, building with communal area with swimming pool, gardens, playground, natural park on the back side of the building, easy to park even in summer months.

Neighbourhood information

Ideal place for family vacations, practicing water sports (just in 7 minutes walk on the beach there is a windsurfing club Windcambrils), diving (just 10 minutes’ walk to the diving school Glups diving), bicycling sport. The beach Els Esquirols is approximately 1 km long 50 meters wide with calm and shallow waters ideal for families with children. This beach has the famous blue flag award and offers showers, services and beach restaurants. The beach has enough parking even during high season. Very convenient public transport with direct connection to the airport of Barcelona and Reus, the bus stop of Bus Plana is just in 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment (bus stop Hotel Voramar).
